Moyuan Culture Education is seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team in Singapore. As an Art Teacher at Moyuan Culture Education you will play a key role in delivering engaging art lessons nurturing students creativity and helping them develop foundational skills in visual arts. Working within the Education Management industry you will collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff to create meaningful learning experiences that support each students artistic growth and confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging art lessons to students across various age groups
  • Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum objectives
  • Introduce students to a variety of art techniques mediums and creative approaches
  • Foster a positive supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage students to express themselves creatively and build confidence in their abilities
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback on student artwork and progress
  • Prepare and organize art materials and maintain a well-equipped classroom
  • Organize and participate in student art exhibitions and school events
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff on curriculum development and school activities
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and achievements
  • Stay updated on best practices in art education and incorporate new techniques into teaching
  • Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment for all students
Requirements
  • Associate degree or diploma in Art Art Education Fine Arts or a related field
  • Prior experience teaching art or working in an educational setting
  • Strong foundation in visual arts including drawing painting and other mediums
  • Ability to plan and deliver creative age-appropriate art lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and a genuine passion for working with students
  • Strong classroom management and organizational abilities
  • Creative thinking and the ability to inspire students
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
