Job Summary
Application Support Analyst
Key responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot issues with the platforms.
- Support existing solutions on the platforms.
- Track and monitor updates to the platforms and implement necessary updates and changes.
- Implement maintain and continuously review governance and security controls to ensure platform compliance.
Skillset (Must have)
- Possess a degree in Computer Science STEM or related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications.
- Familiar with languages such as Angular React JS Rest API .Net Core Bootstrap MS SharePoint MS Power Platform C# HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience in database and SQL such as MSSQL TSQL Stored Procedure Function and Triggers.
- Experience in supporting infrastructure such as AWS Windows Server IIS Azure ADFS (SSO) SSL Certificate Control-M and PingID.
- Experience in tools such as Visual Studio Gitlab or GitHub JIRA and Confluence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
Skillset (Good to have)
Experience in any of the following domains:
- Finance
- Corporate Infrastructure Services
