We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst Business Management.

In this role you will:

• Execute business initiatives and support business planning excluding change implementation projects.
• Automate reports and build dashboards for trade volumes sales performance and margins.
• Optimize reporting processes and ensure data integrity across all outputs.
• Analyze trade and financial data from internal systems.
• Contribute to senior management decision-making with analytics and stakeholder feedback.
• Support forums and committees and monitor internal governance activities.
• Investigate issues affecting business performance and evaluate external service providers.
• Collaborate with trade department stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience in banking or financial industry focusing on trade or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI ).
• Experience with report automation using Excel (VBA Power Query) or Python.
• Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
