We are looking for an Admin Assistant (Chinese Banquet Kitchen) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chinese Banquet Chefs
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly on behalf of the Chinese Banquet team
  • Translate menus recipes and communication materials accurately between Chinese and English
  • Assist in preparing and updating menus in line with operational needs
  • Coordinate and manage staff roster and leaves for the kitchen team
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of kitchen records and correspondence
  • Take minutes and support logistics during internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory reports and assist with basic data entry and tracking
  • Support ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Chef

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration Hospitality or related field
  • 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in administrative support or hospitality operations is an advantage
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese as the role requires handling Chinese banquet menus translating culinary materials and coordinating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to support operational effectiveness
