As the Account Director Government & Education you will lead a team of Account Managers to drive business growth increase market share and strengthen long-term customer relationships across assigned Government and Education accounts.

You will shape sector strategies build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and guide the team in identifying opportunities developing strong pipelines and delivering innovative ICT and telecommunications solutions that address customers evolving needs.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Leading business growth across assigned Government and Education accounts with accountability for revenue market share and strategic growth objectives.
• Guiding Account Managers in identifying opportunities developing pipelines winning bids and closing complex solution deals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders key decision-makers and influencers.
• Developing strategic account plans based on customer priorities stakeholder mapping competitor activity and market developments.
• Understanding customers IT and telecommunications needs to shape relevant solutions and compelling value propositions.
• Coaching and developing Account Managers to strengthen account coverage strategic thinking sales execution and overall team capability.
• Driving sector strategies aligned with Government and Education priorities customer buying patterns and emerging technology trends.
• Collaborating with internal product solution bid and delivery teams to strengthen proposals and support effective sales execution.
• Positioning Singtels technology portfolio and differentiated capabilities to address customer business challenges.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and reinforcing Singtels position as a trusted strategic partner.
• Representing Singtel professionally and acting as a key ambassador in customer and industry engagements.
• Taking ownership of outcomes and maintaining disciplined execution against financial and strategic targets.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Business Information Technology Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of sales experience in the telecommunications and/or ICT industry.
• Proven track record in solution selling business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience managing Government and/or Education sector accounts is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading coaching and developing sales or account management teams.
• Strong strategic account planning and pipeline management capabilities.
• Good understanding of ICT telecommunications and emerging technology trends.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape and close complex deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently at CXO and senior decision-maker level.
• Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven energetic resourceful and results-oriented.
• Able to project a strong and positive professional image while building relationships at all levels.
