Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experiencedA2AD Routing Analyst Seniorto support contestedlogisticsplanning and operational mobility across the Indo-Pacific. The A2AD Routing AnalystSeniorserves as CACIs seniorlogisticsplanning professional responsible for analyzing developing andoptimizinglogisticsrouting solutions that enable personnel equipment and sustainment movement through Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2AD) environments. Reporting directly to the Logistics Planning Lead this position develops resilient routing strategies that maximize operational flexibility reduce mission risk and ensure continuity of sustainment operations during steady-state contingency and emergent missions.
The A2AD Routing Analyst works closely with Government stakeholders operational planners intelligence analysts transportation coordinators movement control teams logistics planners maritime and air mobility organizations coalition partners and mission partners to analyze operational environments identify transportation constraints assess adversary threats and develop primary alternate contingency and emergency (PACE) routing solutions. This position contributes to successful program execution by enabling resilient theater distribution networks and ensuring mission-critical sustainment throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and developlogisticsrouting solutions supporting operations in contested degraded and Anti-Access/Area Denial (A2AD) environments.
Develop primary alternate contingency and emergency (PACE) routing plans for personnel cargo equipment and sustainment operations.
Assess air maritime land and multimodal transportation networks toidentifyrouting options and operational constraints.
Integrate intelligence weather infrastructure threat geopolitical and host nation factors into routing analyses andlogisticsplanning.
Evaluate transportation risks associated with adversary capabilities denied terrain cyber threats infrastructure degradation and contested lines of communication.
Coordinate routing plans with operational planners movement control teams Jointlogisticsorganizations Service Components and coalition partners.
Support operational planning contingency planning theater campaign planning humanitarianassistance disaster response and crisis action planning.
Develop route analysis products mobility assessmentslogisticsestimates executive briefings and decision support recommendations.
Analyze transportation capacity throughput infrastructure resilience and distribution network performance while recommending improvements.
Support operational rehearsals tabletop exercises mission planning events andlogisticsexperimentation initiatives.
Maintain routing databases transportation models geospatial products andlogisticsplanning documentation.
Ensure routing planscomply withGovernment directives operational security requirements theater policies and contractual obligations.
Mentorlogisticsplanners and transportation personnel while promoting best practices in contestedlogisticsand operational mobility planning.
Support contingency operations requiring rapid route analysis and adaptivelogisticsplanning.
Promote innovation predictivelogistics and continuous process improvement to improve operational resilience across the theater.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 8 years of experience supportinglogisticsplanning operationallogistics transportation planning movement control theater sustainment or contestedlogisticsfor Government or Department of Defense programs.
Experience supporting Department of Defense Joint Combatant Command Service Component Special Operations organizations or Joint Task Forces.
Experience supporting operational planning involving transportation networks deployment planning theater distribution orlogisticssynchronization.
Experience conducting operational risk assessments route analysis mobility planning orlogisticsplanning in complex operational environments.
Experience integrating intelligence operational planning andlogisticsdata to support transportation and sustainment decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level reports and brief senior Government leadership on routing strategieslogisticsrisks operational mobility and sustainment planning.
Working knowledge of Jointlogisticsdoctrine theater distribution contestedlogisticsconcepts and multidomain operations.
Desired
Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Transportation Management Military Science Operations Research Geography Business Administration or a related field.
Experience supporting USSOCOM SOCPAC Geographic Combatant Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) Joint Task ForcesorService Component headquarters.
Experience supporting Indo-Pacific operations contestedlogistics expeditionary sustainment multidomain operations theater opening or operational maneuver.
ExperienceutilizingArcGIS GCCS-J JOPES Power BI SharePoint Microsoft 365SmarTrack TAPID ATLAS geospatial analysis platforms andlogisticsplanning systems.
Knowledge of Joint Publication 4-01 Joint Publication 4-09 Joint Publication 5-0 operational design PACE planning route risk assessment methodologies and multidomain operational planning.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) Project Management Professional (PMP) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalentlogisticsand operational planning certifications are preferred.
Experience supporting TS/SCI operations Special Operations Forces predictivelogistics denied-area sustainment autonomous resupply planning and resilient theater distribution networks throughout the Indo-Pacific is highly desirable
