Job Summary
Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily warehouse activities from receiving and storing goods to dispatching orders. This hands-on leadership position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage team performance maintain accurate inventory records and uphold safety and efficiency standards. The Supervisor is responsible for optimizing workflow supporting team development and collaborating across departments to meet operational goals. This role is essential to maintaining supply chain reliability and operational excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and lead team activities
- Ensure accurate receiving storage and dispatch of goods
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain up-to-date inventory records
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with logistics procurement and operations teams
- Prepare daily reports on warehouse performance and key metrics
- Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and safety protocols
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software
- Proven ability to lead motivate and support a warehouse team
- Strong understanding of inventory handling stock control and warehouse processes
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment
- Fluent communication skills in English or Arabic
