We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of E&I / Electrical / Instrument Supervisor. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Engineering sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
- Coordinate construction testing and commissioning works.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues.
- Verify electrical and instrumentation drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and project teams.
- Maintain testing and commissioning records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work packages.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have experience in Construction Testing and Commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation projects. Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma
- Preferred: Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
- Additional Certifications: Safety certifications (preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
