Job Summary
Summary: This role is critical for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of electrical systems within oil and gas facilities across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities ensuring compliance with industry standards particularly Saudi Aramcos requirements. The position demands a highly qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer with a proven track record in industrial maintenance strong leadership abilities and the flexibility to work at various project sites. The individual will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency safety and system integrity in high-demand environments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage electrical maintenance operations in oil & gas facilities
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to deliver timely and safe system performance
- Conduct inspections troubleshoot electrical systems and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational continuity
- Support project execution across multiple sites within Saudi Arabia
Requirements
Requirements:
- Age between 30 to 40 years
- Transferable IQAMA is mandatory
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university
- Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and site maintenance practices
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership communication and supervisory skills
- Willingness to work at different project/job sites within Saudi Arabia
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in refinery petrochemical or industrial maintenance projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
