Key Responsibilities
Develop new HVAC project opportunities and generate leads.
Build relationships with consultants contractors and clients.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
Achieve sales targets maintain CRM and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
35 years of HVAC project sales experience.
Strong network with consultants contractors and developers.
Experience in VRF/VRV DX Rooftop Units AHUs FCUs and Ventilation systems.
Ability to read drawings prepare quotations BOQs and manage projects from enquiry to
handover.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/HAP is an advantage.
