Responsibilities
Generate new business in institutional government and real estate sectors.
Handle tenders quotations technical submissions and negotiations.
Promote HVAC solutions (VRF DX AHU FCU Package Units Ventilation).
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and payment collection.
Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
35 years of HVAC direct/project sales experience.
Experience in Government PIF institutional tender and real estate projects.
Strong network with consultants contractors developers and end users.
