Job Summary

Reviewing project requirements specifications and drawings to understand project scope.
Preparing accurate cost estimates and project quotations.
Creating and updating 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
Preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
Coordinating with production procurement and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assisting with project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
Supporting material procurement by identifying project requirements and quantities.
Tracking project timelines and helping resolve technical or operational challenges.
Maintaining project documentation and engineering records.
Working closely with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in planning estimation fabrication manufacturing or related engineering fields.
Good knowledge of 2D and/or 3D drawing preparation.
Experience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM).
Strong project coordination and planning abilities.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
