ملخص الوظيفة
- Reviewing project requirements specifications and drawings to understand project scope.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and project quotations.
- Creating and updating 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- Preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
- Coordinating with production procurement and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assisting with project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Supporting material procurement by identifying project requirements and quantities.
- Tracking project timelines and helping resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Maintaining project documentation and engineering records.
- Working closely with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in planning estimation fabrication manufacturing or related engineering fields.
- Good knowledge of 2D and/or 3D drawing preparation.
- Experience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Strong project coordination and planning abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
