Job Summary
Location: NEOM Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR/month
Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction management with at least 5 years focused on piling shoring and soil improvement (no soil replacement)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of piling shoring and soil improvement works on site
- Oversee planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation to meet project milestones
- Interpret geotechnical reports and supervise soil stabilization methods (such as compaction grouting)
- Enforce quality control and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and relevant standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies
- Coordinate subcontractors site teams clients and stakeholders; prepare progress reports
- Align project execution with Saudi regulations and NEOM quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters or PMP is an advantage)
- 10 years of project management experience including 5 years in piling shoring and soil improvement
- Hands-on familiarity with geotechnical engineering techniques and software tools (e.g. PLAXIS AutoCAD MS Project)
- Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments
- Knowledge of NEOM protocols and local construction standards is a plus
