ملخص الوظيفة

Location: NEOM Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR/month
Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction management with at least 5 years focused on piling shoring and soil improvement (no soil replacement)

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of piling shoring and soil improvement works on site
Oversee planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation to meet project milestones
Interpret geotechnical reports and supervise soil stabilization methods (such as compaction grouting)
Enforce quality control and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and relevant standards
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies
Coordinate subcontractors site teams clients and stakeholders; prepare progress reports
Align project execution with Saudi regulations and NEOM quality standards

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters or PMP is an advantage)
10 years of project management experience including 5 years in piling shoring and soil improvement
Hands-on familiarity with geotechnical engineering techniques and software tools (e.g. PLAXIS AutoCAD MS Project)
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environments
Knowledge of NEOM protocols and local construction standards is a plus
