We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Engineer in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
- Maintain production reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Guide and supervise production teams for optimal performance.
Required Skills
- Production Engineering Managing and optimizing production processes.
- Manufacturing Operations Experience in industrial production environments.
- Quality Control Ensuring product quality and compliance standards.
- Process Improvement Identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
- Team Leadership Supervising production personnel and operations.
Preferred Skills
- Gulf manufacturing experience.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess 1015 years of production engineering experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments and production management is highly desirable.
Education
- Minimum: Typical B.E / in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing / Industrial Management
- Additional: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Quality Certifications
