Production Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Engineer in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. • Oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
  
• Monitor manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  
• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity.
  
• Maintain production reports and performance metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
  
• Guide and supervise production teams for optimal performance.
  

1. Production Engineering Managing and optimizing production processes.
   
2. Manufacturing Operations Experience in industrial production environments.
   
3. Quality Control Ensuring product quality and compliance standards.
   
4. Process Improvement Identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements.
   
5. Team Leadership Supervising production personnel and operations.
   

• Gulf manufacturing experience.
  
• Arabic language proficiency.
  
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure.
  

Candidates must possess 1015 years of production engineering experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments and production management is highly desirable.

• Minimum: Typical B.E / in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing / Industrial Management
  
• Additional: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Quality Certifications
