Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop update and monitor project schedules and progress reports
- Review contractors baseline schedules recovery plans and cash flow projections
- Monitor project performance against approved timelines and milestones
- Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Coordinate with supervision teams contractors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor resource allocation productivity and project controls procedures
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements
- Support risk assessment forecasting and project performance evaluation
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related technical support
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of total experience
- Minimum One year of GCC experience
- Strong experience in construction supervision projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and project reporting tools
- Excellent analytical communication and coordination skills
- Ability to join immediately
