Position: NOC Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
- Manage and maintain servers and Microsoft infrastructure (AD DNS DHCP IIS)
- Configure and support network devices and security tools
- Maintain documentation of systems configurations and incidents
- Support IT teams in infrastructure improvements and upgrades
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC / Network / Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server AD DNS DHCP IIS
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
