Job Summary
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8 years in knowledge management information management or enterprise content/information architecture including hands-on delivery of KM programs.
- Demonstrable expertise in KM frameworks and methodologies (APQC ISO 30401 SECI KCS or equivalent) applied in real organizational settings.
- Proven experience designing taxonomies metadata schemas and content governance models.
- Strong change management and adoption track record moving KM from launch to sustained usage.
- Working knowledge of AI/data foundations for knowledge systems: RAG vector/semantic search knowledge graphs structured vs. unstructured data and content preparation for LLMs.
- Experience with KM/content platforms and enterprise search.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Information Science Knowledge Management Computer Science Business or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (e.g. CKM KMI APQC) are a plus.

- Hands-on and pragmatic; able to deliver tangible foundations within a compressed 12month window.
- Strong facilitation stakeholder management and workshop skills.
- Clear communicator in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued for stakeholder engagement and bilingual content design.
