Overview

Provide first-line operational and technical support for systems facilities and user queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Your role

  • Receive log and manage incidents and service requests through helpdesk systems.
  • Provide initial troubleshooting for IT ITS and facilities-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and track resolution.
  • Ensure timely closure of tickets in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents requests and resolutions.
  • Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.

About you

  • Diploma or degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in IT systems and applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
