Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of all facilities across multiple office locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Develop and implement facility management policies procedures and protocols for all office buildings ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate and manage building maintenance including HVAC systems lighting plumbing security systems and general repairs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility services negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets the agreed standards.
• Develop and manage the annual facility budget monitoring expenses and making recommendations for costsaving initiatives.
• Ensure all health safety and environmental compliance standards are met across all offices including managing fire safety drills first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Supervise a team of facility staff providing training performance reviews and fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.
• Implement and monitor facility security protocols including access control CCTV systems and employee safety measures.
• Oversee office space management including planning for space utilization relocations and office layouts to meet the needs of a growing workforce.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facilityrelated emergencies ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
