Job Description

Overview

Support the monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance across the bus network to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Standards (CPS).

Your role

• Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs SLAs and CPS requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
• Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data.
• Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of performance data.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in performance monitoring analytics or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in transport infrastructure or O&M environments preferred.
