Job Summary

Intelligent Solutions has been mandated by a large multinational conglomerate for a Chief Marketing Officer for their team in Riyadh KSA. The successful candidate will spearhead all initiatives across brand marketing external communications public relations and the development of successful partnerships & sponsorships across the group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing the Companys Group marcomms strategy and establishing KPIs and setting the performance goals.

Developing the Companys corporate narrative.

Establishing the marcomms framework for the group and ensure its adherence to with the overall objectives.

Overseeing the decentralized units marcomms for brand defining campaigns.

Delivering integrated marcomms for the group and supporting partners on brand defining work.

Managing multichannel marketing and communications.

Overseeing social media strategy definition.

Managing the companys identity storytelling and positioning with clients and the market (KSA and beyond).

Defining the group marketing strategy and guidelines.

Oversee marketing strategies plans and initiatives implementation.

Serving as the reference for the decentralized units providing unified group guidance as well as support by leveraging the centralized teams capabilities.

Owning the yearly budget allocated for the of marketing strategic activities and daytoday operations.

Allocating the budget across the marketing functions monitoring enforcement and assisting the corresponding units (i.e. Finance) on the budget monitoring activities.

Requirements

Proficient in both brand marketing as well as external communications and PR.
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
Effective communication with the ability to management stakeholder expectations.
