The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills a strong business network and the ability to build long-term client relationships. This is a commission-based freelance opportunity with flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities & Duties
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Promote the companys recruitment and HR services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful service delivery.
Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

Previous experience in business development sales or account management.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Existing business network is an advantage.

Male candidate Arab / Saudi National Bachelors degree or relevant experience 3 to 5 years experience in Procurement Bachelors in business administration Procurement / Supply Chain Management or similar field Fluent in English
