Job Summary

  • Technical Diploma Electronics or Mechanical with 2 years work experience.
  • High School with 6 years work exp and relevant function experience of 2 Years.
  • Any Certification or licenses recognized and approved by the aviation authorities or General Authority of Civil Aviation such as Airframe and Powerplant.
  • Perform typical interior aircraft maintenance & IFE configuration tasks to support interior maintenance department.
  • Perform general visual inspection for all passenger overhead compartment and ceiling panels for damage scratches and chipped decoration laminate.
  • Perform general visual inspection for all passenger compartment galleys and lavatories for condition open drains and no water leaks.
  • Perform inflight entertainment (IFE) system operational check.
  • Perform operational check of all passenger and attendant seats.
  • Inspect all passenger seats for damage and missing parts.
  • Removal installation of passenger comportment components for cabin and IFE system.
  • Troubleshoot all malfunction systems for cabin and IFE and correct as require.
  • Perform the tasks of water tank disinfection & lavatories waste lines cleaning.
  • Perform on installing. removing stretcher kit & Medical Oxygen.
  • Carry out scheduled & unscheduled inspection such as A-CHK. ISC & DCC in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule.
  • Review the logbooks for cabin and IFE related defects and rectify as require.
  • Perform jobs as per routine inspection sheets and to ensure compliance of routine maintenance requirements inspections & checks tasks.
  • Conducts daily routine pre-flight inspection upon arrival of the aircraft to review the cabin maintenance logbook and aircraft maintenance logbook and rectifies minor defect or malfunction recorded by flight crew and maintain records of action taken such as clearing MELs NEFs accordance with maintenance procedures.
  • Ensures compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies. procedures and controls across the department.
