The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainee who wants to develop in a commercially driven this role you learn by doing supporting the SDR team with concrete activities that drive the pipeline and facilitate senior SDRs and Sales members. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales lead qualifications and outbound/inbound activities at Worldline.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Support daily SDR activities to generate and qualify leads
- Support the Global Head of SDR with reporting and dashboarding
- Assist with inbound and outbound outreach campaigns (emails calls social touches)
- Keep CRM data up-to-date and enriched
- Qualify leads based on basic BANT/ICP criteria under supervision
- Schedule meetings for senior SDRs and Account Executives
- Research prospects and sectors to tailor outreach
- Track and report on performance (calls made emails sent meetings booked pipeline)
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
- Providing feedback on processes and tools for improvement
Who are we looking for

- Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; and one other foreign (Italian France or German) language skills a plus
- Proactive eager to learn and goal-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Basic experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player who can follow guidance from senior SDRs
