Sales Development Representative (Internship)

Greenhouses generate terabytes of data from climate computers sensors and control systems. But growers are still stuck staring at dashboards hunting for patterns making sense of it themselves. Were changing that.

At Sera were building the intelligence layer that captures grower expertise and scales it across every machine every greenhouse every decision. Our system doesnt just display data it reasons recommends and learns.

Tasks

• Identify and research potential clients in the horticulture industry to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Reach out to greenhouse operators and decision-makers through calls emails and social media to introduce SERA Intelligence AGs platform.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with potential clients for the sales team to showcase our greenhouse intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to drive interest and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions follow-ups and feedback in the CRM system to ensure smooth communication and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (horticulture or agriculture tech industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills with a knack for building relationships and uncovering customer needs.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about greenhouse operations and the latest in horticulture technology.
