Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process for new hires preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects.
Provide administrative support to the HR team including filing data entry and correspondence.
Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
