What will you do:

• Respond to employee/partner requests according to defined criteria formalizing them in a tool (ServiceNow) across all administrative processes related to Personnel (Payroll Benefits etc.) and other areas (Recruitment Training Personal Data etc.).
• Analyze requests to best meet the needs of employees and partners.
• Update information and data in the tools available to employees and/or partners.
• Measure responses to employee/partner requests (quality/delivery times) in order to create monitor and challenge performance indicators for better management of the activity and associated progress.
• Handle calls respond to requests and assist employees with information related to payroll individual social reports transportation etc. using existing IT systems/tools.

What were looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of French Good knowledge of English
• Proficient in using IT tools and systems Customer-oriented;
• Proactive Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
