Role description:

The role is focused on supporting management in organizing day-to-day operational and administrative activities ensuring efficient coordination of tasks communication and internal projects. The person will work closely with management and different internal teams playing an important role in organization prioritization and process optimization.

Main responsibilities:

Organizing management agendas and meetings.

Managing emails messages and internal/external communication.

Tracking tasks projects and deadlines.

Preparing documents presentations and necessary reports.

Participating in meetings and supporting management in operational activities.

Collaborating with different internal teams to ensure an efficient information flow.

Supporting the organization and optimization of internal processes.

Assisting in digitalization automation and AI-related initiatives.

Requirements:

Advanced English level.

German language represents an advantage.

Completed higher education degree (Bachelors degree finalized with diploma).

Organized proactive and detail-oriented person.

Good analytical prioritization and multitasking skills.

High level of responsibility initiative and professionalism.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Interest in digitalization automation and AI-related processes.
