The Contracting Loading Associate role is responsible for executing daily contracting support activities such as Contract rate loading updates of existing supplier/hotel contracts and applications of stop sales in line with the Contracting Support process and service standards. The role ensures accuracy compliance and timely delivery of Contracting support related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager
• Enter supplier contracts or promotions for sale into the company database system(s). Enter updates and amendments to existing contracts within the company database system(s)
• Ensure highest standard of accuracy of entry by undertaking a self-check of work entered with the aim to achieve a zero error rate and within the required service level / timeline in line with the companys SOPs
• Raise queries for any contract details that appear incorrect or do not follow standard or agreed processes and procedures
• Liaise with internal Contract Managers by voice or email communication as necessary to resolve all related queries
• Achieve targets and objective as provided on weekly monthly or annual basis
• Ensure compliance with the department and companys SOPs
• Participate in the training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in the Learning & Development trainings
