Your mission
As a BDR you will be responsible for building and nurturing early-stage relationships with potential customers helping to convert interest into qualified pipeline with a global coverage focus across key markets including Germany France UKI and the USA.
Youll also support campaign execution craft impactful outreach and follow-up materials and ensure Sales receives well-qualified leads that align with our go-to-market strategy.
Strong stakeholder management will be essential as youll work closely with Peak Account Executives and the Marketing team to align efforts and drive cohesive outreach. You will be expected to consistently meet quarterly targets and performance metrics contributing directly to the teams commercial success.
Sitting within the sales team reporting to the Business Development Director this role will give you the opportunity to create qualify and progress high-quality opportunities globally for one of our vertical AI solutions while shaping your consultancy seller mindset in a top performing team. It will also involve crafting messaging and materials that resonate and ensure our go-to-market activities generate qualified sales leads (SQLs) that align with business goals

What youll do at UiPath
Work closely with Sales and the Head of Digital to define qualify and progress high-quality leads
Collaborate with the Head of Digital to ensure lead scoring intent signals and qualification criteria are aligned with campaign goals and business priorities
Qualify and nurture inbound leads ensuring timely and relevant follow-up based on buyer engagement and behavior
Support outbound campaigns by identifying high-potential prospects and tailoring outreach materials and messaging
Craft compelling nurture sequences outreach copy and value-led collateral aligned to key customer personas
Track measure and report on lead quality conversion and pipeline contribution using Salesforce and other platforms
Maintain a strong feedback loop between Marketing Sales and Digital to continually refine targeting messaging and qualification processes
What youll bring to the team
Were building a fast-moving high-performing team in the enterprise AI space. To succeed in this role youll need to be:
Speak English fluently and another language is highly preferred
Commercially aware - comfortable spotting signals of genuine interest and qualifying opportunities
Creative and confident - capable of tailoring outreach and materials to different verticals and decision makers
Collaborative - able to work fluidly across marketing and sales to support shared pipeline goals
Organized and outcomes-driven - with a focus on progressing leads and measuring what matters
