PROJECTS
Automotive Spray-Painting Manipulator
. Developed a 3D-printed miniature robotic manipulator roughly styled as an 80% scaled version of the UR3 industrial robot. • Designed and implemented control boards, human-machine interface (HMI) and Professional Control Cabinet for precise robotic arm control. • Tuned PID controllers for arm joint motors to maintain synchronization with reference signals using MATLAB/SIMULINK. • Created software to analyze .STL files for spray path extraction and robotic arm motion planning Using Bullet real time physics simulation. • Verified precise and repetitive application of spray paths on target bodies
SCADA System for PV Plants
• Designed and Programmed control board to communicate with PV inverters via VOLTRONIC protocol (RS232). • Designed intelligent system to calculate lithium battery state of health (SOH) within battery management system (BMS). • Developed database platform with SUPABASE for user data storage and system status monitoring. • Created user interface using Streamlit for account management, system monitoring, and inverter command modification.
Robotic Arm for Sorting Products on Conveyor Belt
• Built 3D-printed robotic arm with 5 degrees of freedom and conveyor belt using DC motor. • Implemented computer vision algorithms for sorting products by color and shape via live video streaming.
Automotive Spray-Painting Manipulator
• Programmed Delta SX2 PLC using WPLSoft as main controller for production line. • Utilized Delta VFD-L to drive three-phase motor. • Integrated magnetic limit, proximity, and inductive sensors for product detection and mechanisms control. • Added barcode/QR code scanning stage using computer vision to verify product-material compatibility. • Executed project within Industrial Equipment Laboratory.
