HR Operations Team Leader
Job Summary
As an HR Operations Team Leader you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative services across the entire employee lifecycle within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence process compliance service quality and continuous improvement while supporting team development and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead develop and support a team of HR Operations Specialists ensuring strong performance engagement and continuous development
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations processes (onboarding employee changes offboarding) ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies labor law and GDPR
- Act as escalation point for complex HR cases and ensure high-quality service delivery in cooperation with Payroll and HR functions
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership and drive operational performance improvements
- Support and lead process improvements HR transformations system changes and international transitions/migrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs Payroll COEs managers and other stakeholders across the EMEA region
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in HR Operations HR Administration or Shared Services environments
- Previous experience in team coordination supervision or leadership
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR compliance (including labor law and GDPR)
- Experience working with HRIS systems and HR service management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking reporting and operational metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
- C1 level of English and B2/C1 level in an additional European language (e.g. German French Spanish Dutch Portuguese Italian)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
