Project Controls Document Controller

Job Summary
- Provide document management and project controls support including but not limited to receipt inventory audit tracking storage retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy and proper procedures for the projects.
- Maintain general and technical documents and periodical subscriptions related to projects with the use of internal document control systems or client-specific tools.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and IT/Records Management on the proper methods of protection for project records and make recommendations on media rotation and procedures.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of document control/records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
- Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
- Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements processes policies and procedures.
- Propose alternatives to identified issues and assist in investigating and resolving common and unusual issues.
- Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes improve customer experience and increase productivity.
- Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to the Team Lead and Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering architecture construction or related technical field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Engineering or Construction industry
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience with Technical Document Control Management software (e.g. SharePoint BluBeam Unifier Documentum EDMS Aconex EDMS Prolog Procore)
- Must be willing to work night shift and 3 days onsite per week
