Financial Controller Manufacturing Company Metro Manila Philippines
A manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Controller that will lead and oversee the full accounting functions of the company. The role reporting to the Chief Finance Officer will ensure integrity of the books compliance with tax and regulatory requirements and preparation of financial reports accurately and on time. Moreover the key responsibilities of the role includes financial reporting tax compliance and strategy internal controls & audit team management banking & treasury support compliance and systems and process Improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or Accounting
Certified Public Accountant
Fifteen (15) years of progressive working experience in the same or relevant role leading to a senior leadership level
Exposure in the manufacturing industry
Experience in multiple site manufacturing operations
With auditing background
Comfortable navigating directly with the principals (family - owned)
Strong tax expertise
Knowledgeable with ERP experience (eg. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Excellent management and leadership skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila and travel to other site operations
