As a growing startup we need someone who can contribute from day one. This role requires proven experience; were not able to train candidates new to this function so we can only consider applicants who already have the skills and track record below.

The Role

Were looking for an experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead HRIS implementation and deployment projects from kickoff through go-live. Youll be the primary point of contact for our North Americabased clients and the link between them and our technical delivery teams. Your work directly drives client retention and the growth of our consulting business every engagement delivered on time on scope and with a client experience strong enough to grow the account.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of SaaS / HRIS implementation projects scope timeline resourcing and successful go-live against agreed milestones
• Serve as the main client-facing contact building trusted long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Lead platform configuration and deployment coordinating internal technical teams and client-side counterparts
• Build and manage project plans rigorously: track progress flag risks early and keep delivery on schedule
• Run status meetings and clear written reporting for North Americabased clients across their time zones
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and ensure technical teams deliver to spec
• Manage scope changes through proper change control and protect project margins
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts and bring them into the consulting side of the business

What Youll Need

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SaaS implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling ADP Workday BambooHR or similar
• Experience managing North Americabased clients in a client-facing capacity
• Background in a consulting or professional services environment including delivery for large enterprise clients
• General tech fluency comfortable discussing integrations configurations and data flows
• Fluent English (minimum C1) with confident professional written and verbal communication
• A reliable remote work setup and the discipline to work effectively across North American time zones

Nice to Have

• Rippling implementation experience or certification (strongly preferred)
• PMP certification
• Six Sigma certification (any belt level)
• Prior experience at a recognized consulting firm
• Experience delivering consulting projects for major companies in the Philippines

Working Conditions

This role is fully remote. We ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST) to support our North Americabased clients.
