What Youll Be Owning
This is a core marketing operations and intake leadership role covering campaign orchestration pipeline visibility and resource deployment. You arent just logging tasks; you are coordinating multi-channel dependencies in a modern waymastering intake tracking brief translation capacity mapping and stakeholder negotiation to protect creative bandwidth.
Youll take the lead on:
Centralized Intake & Brief Translation: Consolidating ad-hoc campaign requests from Teams emails and texts into an organized Asana environment converting ambiguous ideas into crystal-clear briefs.
Dynamic Capacity Deployment: Monitoring resource pipelines across production fields matching the right briefs with available creative personnel to maximize operational flow.
Proactive Account Management: Picking up the phone to directly align with loan officers insurance teams and business units to extract critical details before execution.
AI Workflow Integration: Implementing AI-assisted routing forms and automated workflow linkages to eliminate manual routing tasks and accelerate production time.
Marketing Calendar Guardianship: Building maintaining and updating the macro marketing calendar across active loops asset deadlines and media drops.
End-to-End Operational Visibility: Producing real-time performance summaries and throughput reports that give the executive leadership team complete visibility.
