Role Overview
The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the companys HubSpot environment. This role focuses on execution and platform health ensuring that webpages email campaigns workflows and CRM data function reliably and efficiently.
Working under the direction of the Marketing Director this position supports existing marketing initiatives by handling HubSpot setup automation data hygiene and integrations. This is a hands-on operational role not a marketing strategy position.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration & Platform Health
Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot Marketing Hub CMS and CRM
Maintain overall CRM health including contact records lifecycle stages and segmentation
Assist with managing and updating marketing webpages within HubSpot CMS
Email Campaigns & Workflows
Build manage and maintain email campaigns and email drip sequences
Set up and monitor lead nurturing workflows based on provided requirements
Troubleshoot workflow logic email delivery issues and automation errors
Data Management & Integrations
Maintain data hygiene and segmentation best practices within HubSpot
Ensure proper integration between HubSpot and other marketing or CRM-related platforms
Support list management reporting accuracy and system consistency
Optimization & Ongoing Support
Monitor performance of emails and workflows and make basic optimizations as needed
Assist with A/B testing and conversion improvements when requested
Stay current on HubSpot updates features and best practices to maximize platform usage
Hard Skills & Technical Requirements
2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Strong experience with email automation workflows and HubSpot CMS
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals A/B testing and conversion rate optimization concepts
Working knowledge of website basics including HTML CSS basic JavaScript and domain management
Experience using Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics tools
Soft Skills & Working Style
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on system accuracy and reliability
Comfortable executing tasks independently with clear direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized methodical and process-driven
Collaborative and responsive when working with marketing and operations stakeholders
