We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally trained Legal Administrator to support contract management and review functions across the business. This role is primarily focused on contract review (70%) ensuring that agreements are accurate compliant with company standards and aligned with approved templates.

The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing terms and conditions sales contracts and subcontractor agreements identifying potential risks and supporting timely contract execution. While the role requires legal knowledge it is non-advisory in nature and does not involve providing formal legal opinions.

This position also requires the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency in reviewing summarizing and managing contract documentation.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)
  • Work Set up: Hybrid
  • Salary range: PHP 85000 - 90000


In this role you will:

Contract Review & Administration (Primary Focus 70%)

  • Review contracts including:
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Sales Agreements
  • Subcontractor Agreements
  • Identify inconsistencies deviations from standard templates and potential risk areas
  • Flag key issues and escalate where required for further review
  • Ensure contracts are complete accurate and aligned with company standards
  • Support the preparation formatting and finalization of agreements

Contract Management & Coordination

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle (drafting support review execution filing)
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts and documentation
  • Track contract status key dates and required actions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreements

AI Utilization & Process Efficiency

  • Leverage AI tools to:
    • Review and summarize contract documents
    • Improve turnaround time and consistency of outputs
  • Support continuous improvement of contract review workflows

Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams across operations finance and commercial functions
  • Respond to urgent requests and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Act with urgency and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines


Were Looking for Someone Who has:

  • Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • 25 years experience in contract review legal administration or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of contract structures and common legal terms
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests when required
  • Experience reviewing commercial contracts (sales supplier subcontractor)
  • Exposure to international contracts (AU/US) not required but beneficial
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment


Technical Skills:

  • Experience using AI tools in a professional setting is highly desirable


Non-Negotiables:

  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
