Automation IT Business Analysis Intern

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of business requirements documentation such as user stories process flows and basic requirement artifacts
• Support process modeling and analysis activities including identifying gaps between current and future state
• Help document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and clarify requirements
• Contribute to data mapping and analysis tasks under guidance
• Assist in preparing materials that support business case development including identifying potential benefits or efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or any related courses
• Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts requirements gathering and documentation
