We are looking for a detail-oriented ABA Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining client information schedules and authorizations within CentralReach. This role requires excellent organizational skills accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain client provider and scheduling data in CentralReach
Update authorizations appointments and client records as needed
Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to ABA services
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data management
Qualifications:
Experience using CentralReach is required
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
