Key Responsibilities
Identify and explore new sales opportunities through cold calling networking emails and social media platforms
Assist in lead generation and business development activities
Communicate with prospective clients and provide relevant company and service information
Maintain professional relationships with clients and follow up on business inquiries
Support the sales team in preparing proposals presentations and client coordination
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of leads conversations and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client support
Requirements
Graduate or last-semester student (Business Marketing IT or related fields preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT services and solutions will be considered an advantage
Good English language proficiency (written and verbal)
