Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution and completion of signage projects by managing tasks maintaining project documentation tracking schedules and ensuring timely communication between vendors and internal teams. This role assists with project setup order processing status updates procurement coordination and resolution of issues related to
vendors and order processing to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects from kickoff through completion.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
Track project schedules milestones and deliverables.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding items.
Assist with procurement permitting and project logistics as required.
Provide regular project updates and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google workspace and Zoho.
Experience in project coordination customer service or administrative support is preferred.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
