ROLE SUMMARY:
The Head of Partnerships at 1Now owns and scales revenue-driven partnerships that generate qualified leads pipeline and growth beyond direct sales. This role focuses on building repeatable affiliate channel and strategic partnerships with clear ownership of partner performance execution and partner-sourced revenue.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifyand source potential partners aligned with the 1Nowstarget market and growthobjectives.
Conduct initial outreach to prospective partners through calls emails and other communication channels.
Qualify partners by understanding their business model needs and potential fit.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and follow-ups.
Clearly explain the product/service value proposition and how itbenefitsthe partner.
Coordinate and conduct introductory calls or demos with partners as needed.
Maintain partner-related information discussions and progress in the CRM or tracking system.
Collaborate with internal teams to support partners onboarding and activation.
Guidepartners through next steps afterinitialalignment including onboarding enablement and ongoing engagement.
Act as a point of contact for partners ensuring smooth communication and long-term relationship development.
