LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Full-time office-based role at our DHA office with working hours 6 PM 3 AM. Monday to Friday

This is a results-oriented long-term role focused on lead generation and meetings. Before joining we will finalize the strategy and KPIs.

Compensation:

Base salary: PKR 75000 for the first 3 months (probation)

Commission: 10% on business closed during probation

After 3 months: Base salary can increase to PKR if targets are met with commission adjusted to 5%

Responsibilities:

• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting global B2B clients.
• Research and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator company directories and social media.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
• Engage with prospect content (comments likes) to warm up leads.
• Track outreach activity in CRM and report results.
• Collaborate with content team to leverage case studies content and assets.
• Support interns and coordinate the lead generation process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 years experience in LinkedIn outreach lead generation or B2B sales.
• Strong written communication in English and Urdu.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools.
• Ability to mentor interns and manage multiple campaigns.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and optimize.
• Knowledge of eCommerce / digital services is a plus.
