Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Operational Planning
Review end-to-end processes across teams to identify inefficiencies gaps and delays.
Lead process mapping initiatives and recommend improvements for optimized workflows.
Align all operational excellence initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
Partner with Finance to track cost savings productivity improvements and efficiency gains.
Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma)
Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Drive resolution of recurring operational issues through structured problem-solving approaches.
Develop implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure sustainability and consistency of improved processes across teams.
Capability Building & Culture Development
Train teams on process improvement tools problem-solving techniques and best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Support leadership in understanding operational challenges through on-ground engagement.
Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance and KPIs.
Analyze data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause analysis sessions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
Leverage data insights for forecasting planning and decision-making.
Job Analysis & Role Optimization
Conduct job analysis to evaluate roles responsibilities and workload distribution.
Identify gaps overlaps and inefficiencies in team structures.
Recommend improvements in job design role clarity and resource allocation.
Collaborate with HR to align roles with business needs and performance expectations.
Quality Compliance & Customer Experience
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
Ensure adherence to quality standards compliance requirements and SLAs.
Address audit findings and implement corrective actions proactively.
Maintain audit readiness across teams at all times.
Change Management & Transformation
Lead change initiatives related to process improvements systems and tools.
Ensure effective adoption of new processes across teams.
Identify and manage resistance to change through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Communicate changes clearly and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Monitor and reinforce change initiatives to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications (Must Have):
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Management Supply Chain or a related field (MBA
preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (from a recognized body).
7 years of experience in process improvement preferably in IT BPO or professional services.
Strong experience in process mapping reengineering and large-scale operational improvements.
Proficiency in statistical tools ERP systems and project management tools.
Strong understanding of service delivery models SLAs and client-driven operations.
Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in transformation or enterprise-level operational excellence programs.
Exposure to digital transformation automation or analytics-driven operations.
Experience working in global or multi-client environments.

Required Skills:

Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. 3 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency Core is essential. Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS and front-end frameworks (React Angular or ). Solid understanding of database design and implementation including experience with SQL and ORM frameworks. 3. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical leadership. 4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently. 5. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
