Manager Tax

Tax Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns statements and statutory submissions.

• Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Monitor changes in tax legislation and support implementation across the business.

• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of tax compliance reporting and other deliverables required by the Regional and Central Tax teams.

Tax Advisory & Business Support

• Provide tax advice on commercial initiatives contracts new products and business transactions.

• Assess tax implications of business decisions and recommend practical tax-efficient solutions.

• Support implementation of tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize tax efficiency.

Tax Audits & Litigation

• Lead tax audits assessments notices and litigation with tax authorities.

• Prepare responses to tax notices and coordinate with external advisors where required.

• Identify tax risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures to minimize regulatory and financial exposure.

Team Leadership

• Lead coach and develop a team of three tax professionals.

• Allocate work monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of team objectives.

• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

• ACCA CA ACA CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

• 710 years of taxation experience preferably with a Big Four firm and/or a multinational organization.

• Strong knowledge of Pakistans direct and indirect tax laws.

• Experience in tax compliance tax advisory tax audits and tax litigation.

• Experience in the e-commerce online marketplace or technology sector is preferred.

• Exposure to SAP and tax technology solutions will be an added advantage.
