HR Function Development & Leadership
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and frameworks aligned with business objectives Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives Establish HR systems employee lifecycle processes and performance management frameworks
Talent Management & Organizational Development
Design and implement KPIs appraisal systems and performance review processes Identify learning and development needs across teams Build succession planning and internal talent development programs
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Foster a professional performance-driven and collaborative workplace culture Manage employee relations disciplinary matters and conflict resolution Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Compensation Benefits & Compliance
Develop competitive compensation structures and incentive programs Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and statutory requirements Maintain and update HR policies according to legal and industry best practices
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with leadership on organizational design workforce planning and change management Align HR initiatives with operational and commercial goals Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions
What Were Looking For in You:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field MBA / HR specialization preferred 48 years of HR experience including leadership exposure Proven experience in building or transforming HR functions Strong understanding of recruitment performance management and organizational development Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive organizational and cultural change effectively
